What is the 10 Day Replacement Guarantee?
All non personalzied products are covered under our 10 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems or defects within 10 days from the date of delivery, and we will address it immediately at no extra cost. For damages or breakage due to transit please inform us within 5 days of receiving your package. 

In order to get a defective item replaced:
» Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page within 15 days from the date of delivery
» The defective product or part will replaced with a new piece or credit provided 

 

Exchange Policy

How does HappyGiftMart exchange policy work?
 
We do have a very rigorous quality control department but a sometimes a few hitches do go unnoticed. We assure you that this rarely happens! Although, if you find fault in your product (T-shirts torn, color faded, etc) or are broken (Mugs/ Crystals/ Glasses), simply drop a mail at support@HappyGiftMart.com with the photographs of the product and your replacement will be delivered within 7 working days.
 
Who will bear the shipping charges in case my product is faulty/broken?
 
In such cases, HappyGiftMart will bear the cost of shipping!
 
How do I return the product?

HappyGiftMart will get the product picked up from your end or will simply deliver a new one with no questions asked!

What if I wish to cancel my order once placed?

If the items are not personalized, just drop a mail to contact@HappyGiftMart.com or call our support number within 12 hours of placing the order and the amount will be returned to you in form of a credit note within 3 days, which can be used in future shopping with HappyGiftMart.com. The credit note will be valid for up to 15 years.
 
For personalized products, you cannot cancel your order. However, if the personalized items has not been sent for production, we may cancel your order. Normally, production takes place between 8:00 AM to 5:00 AM. In case you want to cancel the order before it has been sent for production, just drop a mail to contact@HappyGiftMart.com and the amount will be returned to you in form of a credit note within 3 days, which can be used in future shopping with HappyGiftMart.com. The credit note will be valid for up to 15 years.
  
Caricature Products
(Caricature based frames, mugs, canvas, poster, clock, digital copy, t-shirt, rocks etc)

Caricature products cannot be cancelled once placed. We do send you the soft copy of the caricature for your approval. If you are not satisfied with the caricature – we provide you free revisions for the same.
 
What if the caricature doesn't satisfactorily resemble the person?
 
The artists at HappyGiftMart.com are skilled professionals, and they have been drawing caricature for years. The caricature will resemble (facial expressions, pose etc) with the photo that you provide while ordering for making the caricature. You may suggest that you feel are necessary for better resemblance of the caricature. However, please note that this is a caricature and not a portrait and hence it cannot be 100% similar to the photo. Normally a resemblance of 80-85% is expected.

What if the caricature doesn't resemble satisfactorily, even after revisions and I want to cancel the order?
 
If in case you are not satisfied with the caricature, you can always cancel the order. However a minimum of Rs.600 per caricature will be charged to partly cover the cost of the caricature. [In case of caricature poster – there will be additional deduction of Rs.500 for the poster designing] Rest of the amount will be returned to you in form of a credit note within 3 days, which can be used in future shopping with HappyGiftMart.com. The credit note will be valid for up to 15 years.
 
Photo Products / Engraving Products
(Photo based Photo frames, magnets, mugs, canvas, puzzles, crystals, clocks, glass engraving products etc)
 
If the artwork is not sent for further processing (which is generally done within 1-24 hours once the order is placed) – you can send a mail to contact@HappyGiftMart.com asking for cancellation of your order and the amount will be returned to you in form of a credit note within 3 days, which can be used in future shopping with HappyGiftMart.com. The credit note will be valid for up to 15 years.
 
Note:
1. If there are any products for which detailed cancellation policy is not mentioned here, HappyGiftMart.com reserves the rights to inform the policy later to the customer.
2. HappyGiftMart.com reserves the right to change the exchange/return policy in future without prior notice.
